Ingredients:
• 1 – big Capsicum
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 tbsp – roasted Peanuts
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Pinch of Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grind the roasted peanuts and keep aside.
- Slice capsicum and onion thinly.
- Heat oil in pan and add the cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
- Add capsicum and fry it well.
- Then add the onions and fry it, too.
- Add chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and sugar.
- Mix well and let it cook.
- Add roasted peanuts and let it cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves (optional).
- It can be served with rotis and naans.
