Ingredients:

• 1 – big Capsicum
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 tbsp – roasted Peanuts
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Pinch of Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind the roasted peanuts and keep aside.
  2. Slice capsicum and onion thinly.
  3. Heat oil in pan and add the cumin seeds. Let it splutter.
  4. Add capsicum and fry it well.
  5. Then add the onions and fry it, too.
  6. Add chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and sugar.
  7. Mix well and let it cook.
  8. Add roasted peanuts and let it cook for 5 mins.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves (optional).
  10. It can be served with rotis and naans.
