Ingredients:
• 1 cup – yogurt
• 1 – small Onion
• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 – Green chillies
• Salt
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera (cumin seeds)
Method:
- Beat the yogurt with 1 tbsp water and keep it aside.
- Cut the onion into small pieces, cut tomato into pieces.
- Peel and grate the cucumber and cut green chillies into pieces.
- Add onion, tomato, cucumber and green chillies into the yogurt. Mix in salt and chilli powder also.
- Roast jeera and then grind it. Use it for decorating the raitha.
