Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Orange juice
• 1/3 cup – Lime juice
• 1/3 cup – butter/oil
• 2 tbsp – Honey
• 2 Cloves – garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp – Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Tandoori Chicken masala
• 1 lb – Boneless Chicken

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine orange, lime juices, butter, honey, garlic, pepper and chicken masala.
  2. Add chicken pieces and let stand in the fridge at least 2 hrs or preferably overnight.
  3. Prepare grill for medium heat, placing rack about four inches from coals.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade.
  5. Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken.
  6. Grill for about 15 mins.
  7. Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade again.
  8. Make sure all the pieces are wet again. Discard rest of the liquid, if any.
  9. Put the chicken back on the grill.
  10. Grill until golden brown.
  11. Serve hot with green chutney or cheese dip.
