Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Orange pieces (peeled and chopped)
• 10 – Seedless Dates
• Sugar as per need
• 2 cups – Yogurt

Method:

  1. Soak the seedless dates in hot water for 30 mins or use date syrup.
  2. Blend the orange pieces, soaked dates/syrup, sugar and yogurt into a thick smoothie.
  3. Serve immediately with or without ice cubes.
