Ingredients:

• Paneer – 100 g
• Onion – 100 g
• Tomato – 100 g
• Oil – 1/4 cup
• Cashew paste – 80 g
• Milk – 1 cup
• Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
• Pudina – 1 tsp
• Coriander chopped – 1tbsp.

Method:

  1. Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
  2. Fry paneer and keep aside.
  3. Pour oil in a kadai, season jeera, kasuri methi, chopped pudina, chopped onion, salt and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add tomatoes and saute till it becomes pulpy.
  5. Then add ginger, garlic paste and stir for few secs.
  6. Then add all powders and when oil separates, add milk and tomato sauce. When the gravy thickens, add paneer.
  7. Allow it to boil for few seconds.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
