Ingredients:

• Boiled Potatoes – 400 g
• Boiled Green peas – 100 g
• Boiled Spinach – 100 g
• Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
• Chopped Green chilli – 1 tbsp
• Chopped Ginger – 1 tbsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• Oil for deep frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel and grate boiled potatoes.
  2. Mash boiled green peas.
  3. Squeeze out excess water from spinach and chop finely.
  4. Mix grated potatoes, peas and spinach.
  5. Add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, ginger, chaat masala and salt. Mix.
  6. Add corn flour for binding.
  7. Divide the mixture into 25 equal portions.
  8. Shape them into a ball and then press with palms to flatten it.
  9. Heat oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the tikkis in hot oil for 3-4 mins.
  10. Serve hot.
