
Ingredients:
• Boiled Potatoes – 400 g
• Boiled Green peas – 100 g
• Boiled Spinach – 100 g
• Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
• Chopped Green chilli – 1 tbsp
• Chopped Ginger – 1 tbsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• Oil for deep frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel and grate boiled potatoes.
- Mash boiled green peas.
- Squeeze out excess water from spinach and chop finely.
- Mix grated potatoes, peas and spinach.
- Add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, ginger, chaat masala and salt. Mix.
- Add corn flour for binding.
- Divide the mixture into 25 equal portions.
- Shape them into a ball and then press with palms to flatten it.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the tikkis in hot oil for 3-4 mins.
- Serve hot.
