Ingredients:

• 2.5 cups – Wheat flour.
• Thin buttermilk or water.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Knead soft dough with above ingredients.
  2. Make 4 mm thickness round about 6 inch diameter.
  3. Apply 1/2 tsp ghee and spread all over with fingers.
  4. Fold into half.
  5. Press greasy fingers onto it.
  6. Fold again to quarter.
  7. Press with fingers.
  8. Roll in dry flour.
  9. Now roll out again to a triangle about the size of a roti.
  10. Heat griddle (tawa) and place roti on it.
  11. Turn to roast the other said.
  12. Now put a little ghee on both sides and shallow fry till crisp.
  13. Serve hot with any desired accompaniment.
