Ingredients:
• Pineapple (chopped ) – 2 cups.
• Milk – 2 cups.
• Condensed Milk – 1 tin.
• China grass – 50 gm.
• Sugar – 2 tbsp.
Method:
- Boil the milk and condensed milk together.
- Soak the China grass in 2 tbsp water. Then, add it to the boiling milk and stir till the China grass dissolves.
- Boil the milk for 10 mins.
- Take the chopped pineapple and mix sugar.
- Cook the pineapple for 10 minutes or till it becomes soft. Cook on a low flame.
- When the pineapple and the milk become cold, take a pudding dish, spread the pineapple first, then slowly pour the milk in the dish.
- Keep the pudding in the fridge till it sets.
- You can garnish the pudding with pineapple slices and cherries.
