Ingredients:

• Pineapple (chopped ) – 2 cups.
• Milk – 2 cups.
• Condensed Milk – 1 tin.
• China grass – 50 gm.
• Sugar – 2 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Boil the milk and condensed milk together.
  2. Soak the China grass in 2 tbsp water. Then, add it to the boiling milk and stir till the China grass dissolves.
  3. Boil the milk for 10 mins.
  4. Take the chopped pineapple and mix sugar.
  5. Cook the pineapple for 10 minutes or till it becomes soft. Cook on a low flame.
  6. When the pineapple and the milk become cold, take a pudding dish, spread the pineapple first, then slowly pour the milk in the dish.
  7. Keep the pudding in the fridge till it sets.
  8. You can garnish the pudding with pineapple slices and cherries.
