Ingredients:
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 cup – beans
• 3 – radish
• 100 g – peas
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 – coconut, grated
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 2 to 3 – Cloves and Garlic
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1/2 – Lime
• 2 tbsp – oil
• A pinch of Haldi
• A small piece of Ginger
• salt
Method:
- Peel and slice ginger, garlic and onion. Slit green chillies into two.
- Heat oil, saute sliced onion, add Haldi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies and vegetables.
- Extract coconut milk twice.
- Now add the second extract of coconut milk and salt. Cook gradually.
- When vegetables are cooked add the first extract of coconut milk.
- Bring to a boil, add lime juice and vinegar.
