Ingredients:
• Mint leaves – 2 cups.
• Green chillies – 4.
• Coconut powder – 1/2 cup.
• Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup.
• Garlic Cloves – 3.
• Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp.
• Tamarind – size of lemon.
• oil – 3 tbsp| For seasoning:
• Curry leaves – a few some.
• Mustard Seeds – 1tsp.
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp.
• Chillies – 3.
• Salt|
Method:
- Wash mint leaves and drain.
- In a kadai, add 1/2 tbsp of oil and fry mint leaves in medium flame until it shrinks.
- Fry the sesame seeds and green chillies.
- Grind cumin seeds, sesame seeds, coconut powder, garlic cloves, pudina and green chillies.
- Then add the tamarind, salt and grind them to a soft paste.
- In a kadai, add 2 tbsp of oil and splutter mustard, red chillies, curry leaves and pour into the chutney.
