
Ingredients:
• 1 tin condensed Milk
• 100 gm – chopped – dark cooking chocolate
• 4 tbsp – malted Milk powder (horlicks, viva)
• 1 cup – full Cream Milk
• 2 cup – thick fresh Cream
Method:
- Mix condensed milk with half a cup of milk and chocolate. Heat stirring till the chocolate melts.
- Mix malted with remaining milk and add to chocolate milk. Cool and chill.
- Whip the cream over a bowl of ice till thick. Add to the ice cream mixture. Place in the freezer in a shallow aluminium dish.
- When the ice cream is half set, beat till fluffy and transfer to a container and return to the freezer. Freeze until firm.
