Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Rice flour
• 1/4 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 – medium-sized onion, finely chopped
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Hing (optional)
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• a handful of coriander leaves, chopped finely

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, and start kneading.
  2. Add oil bit by bit and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes (chapatti dough-like consistency).
  3. Make small balls from the dough.
  4. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Line the baking tray with foil.
  6. Place the dough balls and flatten them out with your palm into thin circles.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Store in an airtight container and consume within a few days.
