Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Rice flour
• 1/4 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 – medium-sized onion, finely chopped
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Hing (optional)
• 2 tsp – Jeera
• a handful of coriander leaves, chopped finely
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, and start kneading.
- Add oil bit by bit and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes (chapatti dough-like consistency).
- Make small balls from the dough.
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line the baking tray with foil.
- Place the dough balls and flatten them out with your palm into thin circles.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Store in an airtight container and consume within a few days.
