
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp- Oil
• 1 tsp- Mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/4 tsp – Hing
• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 2 cups- Curd
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Chop the spinach finely and boil it in water until tender.
- Drain the water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in kadai and splutter the mustard seeds and saute the urad dal.
- Now add the boiled spinach and saute for 1 minute.
- Pour this in a bowl and add the curd, salt and hing to it. Mix well.
- Let it stand for 5 mins.
- Serve cold.
