Ingredients:
• 2 – Carrots
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – grated Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• a handful of chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Ghee for seasoning
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grate the carrots and mix in the green chillies, lime juice, coconut, coriander leaves and.
- Seasoning with ghee and mustard seeds. Mix well.
