Ingredients:
• Soya flour- 1 cup
• Rice flour – 1/2 cup
• Grated tomatoes- 1 cup
• Grated Green chillies -1 tsp
• Dhaniya patta- 1 tsp
• Jeera- 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Water – 1.5 cups
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Make a semi-thick batter with 1.5 cups water.
- In a small kadai, heat ghee and add mustard. Once it splutters, add to dosa batter.
- Rest covered for 15 mins.
- Take a tawa. Heat on medium flame. Season with a little oil.
- Take a ladleful of batter and swirl on tawa.
- Drizzle oil on both sides.
- When the underside is golden brown, flip and cook for 2 mins or till the other side is done.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
