Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 1 litre – Milk
• 10 tbsp- Ghee
• Cashew nuts fried in Ghee
• 4 to 5 tbsp- condensed Milk or malai
• 1 cup – Sugar

Method:

  1. Wash the rice once. Keep it aside.
  2. Fry some sugar in ghee for a minute. Add the rice to the sugar and fry for a minute.
  3. Add 2 cups of water to it and allow it to cook in a pressure cooker up to 3 whistles.
  4. Remove the lid and add milk to cooked rice.
  5. Let it boil for 5 minutes, then add sugar.
  6. Boil again for 5 minutes. Add condensed milk.
  7. Finally, add cashewnuts and serve.
