Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp – Dhania powder
• Salt, to taste
• 1/2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tbsp – Cumin seeds

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes vertically into long and thin pieces (like French fries or finger chips).
  2. Wash them nicely and keep them soaked in water for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add Dhania Powder, Garam Masala and salt to it.
  4. Stir it properly to make a paste.
  5. Now put all the potatoes into the paste and mix it well.
  6. Take the potatoes out of the pan into aluminium foil.
  7. Keep them in a oven at 450 Celsius for 20 mins.
  8. Turn the potato pieces when you are half way through.
  9. Serving: You can serve them by inserting tooth-picks in them with tomato ketchup.
