
Ingredients:
• Almonds – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 4 to 6
• Garlic /ginger – Small piece
• Coriander leaves
• Tamarind – Small piece
• Salt for taste
• Seasoning:
• Oil
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Jeera – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 4 to 6
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients finely.
- Heat oil for seasoning, add mustard, jeera and curry leaves.
- Add this to the chutney, mix well.
