Ingredients:

• 1 – Apple
• 2 – Bananas
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 25 gm – grated Coconut
• 2 – tsp Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Wash and peel the apple and grate it.
  2. Chop the bananas into small pieces.
  3. Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan, splutter mustard and cumin seeds.
  4. Add the red chillies, grated coconut and fry till brown.
  5. Cool the mixture in the frying pan.
  6. Add in grated apples, chopped bananas, coconut, coriander leaves, sugar and salt. Serve.
