
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – boneless Chicken
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder-
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• salt
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 3-4 cups – roasted thin Corn flakes (plain)
• 4-5 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Clean and cut the chicken into medium size pieces, pierce the pieces with a fork on all sides.
- Take a bowl, add ginger, garlic, turmeric, two types of chilli powder, juice of one lemon, salt and mix it well. Now smear each piece well.
- Let it marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Now take one egg, add salt, pepper and whisk until yolk and white get mixed. Coat each piece well in the egg mixture.
- Crush the corn flakes coarsely with your palm.
- Heat in the kadai or saucepan. Coat each piece in the corn flakes fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chilli-garlic sauce.
