Ingredients:

• 1 kg – boneless Chicken
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder-
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• salt
• 1 – Egg
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 3-4 cups – roasted thin Corn flakes (plain)
• 4-5 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Clean and cut the chicken into medium size pieces, pierce the pieces with a fork on all sides.
  2. Take a bowl, add ginger, garlic, turmeric, two types of chilli powder, juice of one lemon, salt and mix it well. Now smear each piece well.
  3. Let it marinate for 3-4 hours.
  4. Now take one egg, add salt, pepper and whisk until yolk and white get mixed. Coat each piece well in the egg mixture.
  5. Crush the corn flakes coarsely with your palm.
  6. Heat in the kadai or saucepan. Coat each piece in the corn flakes fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with chilli-garlic sauce.
