
Ingredients:
• Sago -250 g
• Potatoes – 3
• Coriander leaves – one bunch
• Green chillies – 10
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Soak sago in water for ten minutes and drain.
- Boil the potatoes and mash it adding salt.
- Add green chillies and red chilli powder to the above mixture and mix well
- Shape the dough into desired shapes and deep fry till golden brown.
