Ingredients:

• 1 Chicken, cut up
• 2 tbsp Chilli Powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp Dhania Powder
• 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
• 2 tbsp Vinegar or 1 cup Curds
• 1 tsp Ground Spice Masala (Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom)
• salt to taste
• Tandoori (Red) Powder to coat

Method:

  1. Wash chicken pieces and prick them with a fork to help the masala get inside.
  2. Mix them together with all the spices and add a little water.
  3. Cover and cook on medium fire for about 20 mins. Stir in between.
  4. For gravy:
  5. Add extra water.
  6. For dry:
  7. After cooking, open cover and cook till all the water evaporates.
