
Ingredients:
• 8 – firm Tomatoes
• 150 g – minced Meat
• 1 – Onion
• 4 – green chillies, chopped
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 6 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt
Method:
- Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides carefully. Keep the pulp aside.
- Rub the insides with salt and place tomatoes facing down.
- Chop the onion and green chillies and fry till golden brown.
- Add the minced meat and fry for few more minutes.
- Now add ginger-garlic paste and tomato pulp and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- llow to cook till meat is tender and dry.
- Allow it to cool.
- Fill each scooped tomato with the mixture.
- Cover the top with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
- Bake at 170 degree C for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with French fries.
