Ingredients:

• 8 – firm Tomatoes
• 150 g – minced Meat
• 1 – Onion
• 4 – green chillies, chopped
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 6 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt

Method:

  1. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides carefully. Keep the pulp aside.
  2. Rub the insides with salt and place tomatoes facing down.
  3. Chop the onion and green chillies and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add the minced meat and fry for few more minutes.
  5. Now add ginger-garlic paste and tomato pulp and fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  7. llow to cook till meat is tender and dry.
  8. Allow it to cool.
  9. Fill each scooped tomato with the mixture.
  10. Cover the top with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
  11. Bake at 170 degree C for 20-25 minutes.
  12. Serve with French fries.
