Ingredients:
• 6 fish steaks
• 3 tbsp – tandoori powder
• 1 small carton plain Yoghurt (150 gms.)
• 3 tsp – crushed Garlic
• 3 tsp – grated Ginger
• 1 tsp – salt
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
Method:
- Marinate the fish for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, in a mixture made of the above ingredients.
- Cook in a pre-heated oven (190 dig C) for 40 mins. until done.
