Ingredients:

• One packet – thick Tomato soup
• Cabbage – 1, small piece
• Spring onion – 1
• Small Onion – 1
• Carrot -1
• Ginger – 1 tsp
• Macaroni – 1/2 cup
• Olive oil – 1 tsp
• Butter – 1 tsp
• Cheese – 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Cook contents of one packet of thick tomato soup as per instructions on packet.
  2. Take 1/2 cup boiled macaroni, 1 carrot, 1 small onion, 1 sprig spring onion, 1 small piece cabbage.
  3. Chop all vegetables into juliennes (like matchsticks). Chop 1 tsp ginger.
  4. Heat 1 tsp olive oil with 1 tsp butter.
  5. Add ginger, stir and add all vegetables, except spring onions. Stir fry till crisp and bright.
  6. Add macaroni, salt and pepper and stir. Then stir in spring onions and keep aside.
  7. Grate 1/4 cup cheese and keep aside.
  8. Pour hot soup into 4 individual cups
  9. Add 1/4 portion of macaroni into each cup and sprinkle cheese on top.
  10. Serve hot, before the cheese and macaroni have settled down.
