
Ingredients:
• 4 – medium sized Tomatoes sliced thinly
• Salt to taste
• 100 g – table Butter
• 20 slices bread
• Pepper to taste
Method:
- Lightly salt the tomato slices and place them in a colander to drain for about an hour.
- Apply the butter to one side of each slice of bread.
- Arrange the tomato slices on 10 of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle pepper powder on the cucumber slices.
- Top with the other 10 slices.
- Remove the crusts, and cut into quarters.
- Serve immediately.
