
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled noodles
• 1/2 cup – boiled and drained masoor dal
• 1 bowl – boiled and drained Spinach (methi can be used instead)
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice,
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste
• Wet masala:
• 1 – small Onion chopped
• 3 – medium green chilly
• 2 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Garlic
• Dry masala:
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Oil for shallow fry.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients well to make a soft dough.
- Apply some oil to your palm and prepare round patties.
- Shallow-fry in oil.
- Place in hamburger buns and serve hot with lettuce, onion, tomato and ketchup.
- Also tastes good when served with tamarind /green chutney.
