Ingredients:

• 800 g – lobster
• 1/2 cup – cooking oil
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 4 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 3/4 cup – tomatoes, chopped
• 4 tbsp – Coconut paste
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 10 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – green coriander, chopped

Method:

  1. Shell, de-vein, wash and cut lobster into dices.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  4. Add green chillies, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes.
  5. Stir till the oil separates from the masala.
  6. Add the diced lobsters.
  7. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Stir in the coconut paste.
  9. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
  10. Reduce flame and simmer.
  11. Add lemon juice and curry leaves.
  12. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  13. Garnish with chopped coriander.
