Ingredients:
• 800 g – lobster
• 1/2 cup – cooking oil
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 4 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 3/4 cup – tomatoes, chopped
• 4 tbsp – Coconut paste
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 10 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – green coriander, chopped
Method:
- Shell, de-vein, wash and cut lobster into dices.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
- Add green chillies, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes.
- Stir till the oil separates from the masala.
- Add the diced lobsters.
- Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in the coconut paste.
- Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce flame and simmer.
- Add lemon juice and curry leaves.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
