
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Gobi
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 – Onion
• To grind:
• 8 – dry Red Chillies
• 8 – Garlic pods
• 1 – small piece of Ginger
• A pinch of Turmeric
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 250 g – small Potatoes
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp – salt
• 2 tbsp – Mustard oil
• For garnishing:
• 1/4 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Fry chopped onion in a little oil till pink.
- Add the ground masala and fry for 2 mins.
- Cook the cauliflower and potatoes in the masala till done.
- Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Serve hot with rotis or rice.
