Ingredients:

• 200g – Chicken (boneless, if not, cut Chicken to medium/small pieces)
• 1 – Capsicum (green)
• 1 – orange/red Capsicum (optional)
• 2 medium sized – Onions
• 1 big – Carrot (baby Carrots optional)
• 4-5 pieces – Mushroom (optional)

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, garlic, ginger and vinegar for 5 – 10 mins.
  2. Cut the vegetables to small pieces.
  3. Now in a pan, add 1 tsp of oil and heat it, Add chicken and 3-4 tsps of soya sauce and cover and cook it for ten minutes.
  4. Gently fry the vegetables in another pan for 2- 3 mins.
  5. Add salt, a bit of vinegar and soya sauce.
  6. After 10 mins, toss the vegetables in the pan which has the chicken and mix it.
  7. Add chilly sauce to make it hot (optional).
  8. If thick gravy is required, add 3-4 tsp of water and sprinkle cornflour.
