Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Milk
• 1.5 tbsp – custard powder (desired flavor)
• 3.5 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Dissolve the custard powder in 1 cup milk.
  2. Heat the remaining milk. Add sugar and bring to boil. Once it boils, add custard paste gradually, stirring continuously. Boil till mixture coats the back of a spoon. Cool.
  3. Beat well till smooth. Chill for 1-2 hours. Beat till smooth once again, before serving.
