Ingredients:
• 100g – Rice flour
• 100g – Jaggery
• 100g – Ghee
• 5 tsp – Fresh coconut, grated
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – Water
Method:
- Roast rice flour in 50g ghee for 5- 10 mins. Keep aside.
- Dilute the jaggery in water and strain the water.
- Mix the jaggery with the rice powder and stir in the remaining ghee.
- Keep stirring until it leaves the sides of the pan smoothly.
- Add grated coconut and cardamom powder.
- Serve hot.
