Ingredients:

• 4 Cans – Evaporated Milk
• 1 Can – Sweet Condensed Milk
• 1 tbsp – Salted Butter
• 1.5 tbsp – Custard Powder
• Few Saffron strings
• Handful of Pista nuts

Method:

  1. Keep 3 tbsp of evaporated milk in a small bowl and boil the rest of evaporated milk in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add condensed milk and bring to a boil.
  3. Add saffron to milk and chopped pista nuts and boil it for few minutes.
  4. Turn gas to low.
  5. Dissolve custard powder in a small bowl using 3 tbsp of evaporated milk and add it to the mixture.
  6. After milk mixture thickens, turn the gas off.
  7. Let it cool down little bit and after 10 mins, add butter.
  8. When the mixture is lukewarm put it in a grinder and mix it.
  9. Pour the mixture in kulfi moulds and keep them in the freezer.
  10. In about 6 to 7 hours you have delicious kulfi.
