
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Spaghetti (1/2 packet)
• 2 tbsp – Garlic (chopped finely)
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 2 to 3 tbsp -Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook spaghetti with water and salt until soft yet firm enough to chew. Drain water and set aside.
- Chop garlic and red chillies finely.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic. Fry till light brown.
- Add red chillies.
- Saute for a minute and add cooked spaghetti.
- Stir once and toss for 2 mins to combine.
- Season with pepper and serve hot!
