
Ingredients:
• 1 – small raw papaya, peeled, steamed and ground
• 25 – Raisins
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1.5 tsp – panchphoran (a mixture of fenugreek, mustard anise, cumin seeds, shahjeera and fennel seeds)
• 1 tbsp – Ginger juice
• 2 tbsp – thick Tamarind juice
• 1.5 tsp – Turmeric powder
• chilli powder to taste
Method:
- Pound panchphoran coarsely.
- Heat 2 tbsps. mustard oil and fry the panchphoran nicely.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger juice.
- When thick remove from fire and mix in the ginger juice.
