
Ingredients:
• 500 g – boneless Chicken.
• 2 tsp – black pepper.
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste.
• 3 tbsp – yogurt.
• 1 – Egg beaten.
• 1 tsp – garam masala.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice.
• oil for frying.
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with the pepper powder, garlic paste, yogurt, egg, all spice powder, salt and lemon juice and set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces till crisp.
- Serve hot with onion rings and mint chutney.
