
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Puffed rice.
• green chillies.
• 1/4 cup – Roasted Bengal gram.
• Salt.
• Curry leaves.
• 4 tsp – oil.
• 1 – Onion (Sliced thinly).
• For seasoning:
• Mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, turmeric.
Method:
- Soak puffed rice in water and remove once tender.
- Grind roasted Bengal gram, chillies, and salt.
- Mix the powder to the puffed rice.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds and urad dal.
- Add curry leaves after they cook and add some turmeric.
- Add onions and fry till reddish in colour.
- Add puffed rice. Mix and cover the pan for 5 mins and remove from heat.
- Serve hot.
