Ingredients:

• 1 cup – kuttu ka atta
• 1 cup – chopped Spinach (palak)
• 1 tbsp – Dalia
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• oil for shallow frying
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Mix ingredients with water into a pouring consistency.
  2. Do not add oil.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan or dosa tava.
  4. Pour some oil and pour out 1 tbsp of the mix at a time and spread evenly.
  5. Make a thin layer.
  6. Cook both sides and serve with pickle.
