Ingredients:
• 8 nos bread slices (trim the sides)
• ½ cup – besan
• 1 cup – shredded Spinach
• ½ cup – Rice flour
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• ½ cup – Curd
• 2 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• oil to fry
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak bread slices in curd and crumble them nicely.
- Add rest of all the ingredients and mix well to form a tight dough.
- Add balls of the above dough with your hands and flatten them with your palms.
- Deep fry in slow heat till the chaklis are golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold.
