Ingredients:

• 8 nos bread slices (trim the sides)
• ½ cup – besan
• 1 cup – shredded Spinach
• ½ cup – Rice flour
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• ½ cup – Curd
• 2 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• oil to fry
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak bread slices in curd and crumble them nicely.
  2. Add rest of all the ingredients and mix well to form a tight dough.
  3. Add balls of the above dough with your hands and flatten them with your palms.
  4. Deep fry in slow heat till the chaklis are golden brown.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
