
Ingredients:
• 2 – Capsicums
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds for tadka
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• salt – to taste
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Cut the capsicums into thin long slices.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin and mustard seeds. When they splutter, add capsicum and fry them in the oil till they become soft.
- Now add salt, cumin powder and chaat masala.
- Cool it and then add cold curd and mix well.
- Serve with roti sabzi and rice.
