Ingredients:
• 250 g – Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Oil
Method:
- Boil, peel and cut the potatoes into desired shape.
- Heat oil in the pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds are done, add the potatoes and spices and mix well.
- Add curd and mix.
- Decorate with coriander leaves.
