Ingredients:

• 250 g – Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Oil

Method:

  1. Boil, peel and cut the potatoes into desired shape.
  2. Heat oil in the pan and add the cumin seeds.
  3. When the cumin seeds are done, add the potatoes and spices and mix well.
  4. Add curd and mix.
  5. Decorate with coriander leaves.
