
Ingredients:
• 5 cups – Maida
• 1 cup – Curd (blended)
• 250 g -sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp -soda bicarbonate
• 2 tsp – baking powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• oil for frying
Method:
- Sieve the maida, baking powder and salt and mix well.
- Mix soda bicarbonate with the curd.
- Beat the egg and add sugar and blend.
- Mix the flour mixture and milk to it.
- Make a dough.
- Roll the dough into doughnuts.
- Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown from both sides.
