
Ingredients:
• 1 dozen – eggs, hard boiled
• 4 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – curry powder
• 1 tbsp – grated cheese
• 1 tbsp – Tomato paste
• 1 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp – crushed Apple
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Some chopped Lettuce
• For Decoration:
• Cucumber
• Beetroot
• Tomato
Method:
- Cut the eggs into halves carefully. Remove the yolks and mash them
- Mix with the mayonnaise, seasoning and curry powder.
- Divide the mixture into three batches.
- Mix tomato paste into one batch, Worcestershire sauce and apple puree into the next and grated cheese and lemon juice into the third.
- Refill the whites, place them in three lines on a bed of shredded lettuce and surround them with sliced tomato, cucumber and beetroot.
