 
            Ingredients:
  • 1 cup – Maida 
 • 3/4 th cup – yogurt 
 • 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds 
 • Turmeric powder – pinch 
 • 3 – green chillies, finely chopped 
 • Curry leaves, finely chopped – handful 
 • Salt to taste 
 • 1 tsp – Sugar 
 • Dry yeast – 1/2 tsp 
 • Water – few tbsp 
 • Oil to fry 
Method:
- Mix maida, cumin, turmeric, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and sugar.
- Add yogurt and add to the flour mixture to form a thick batter.
- Keep aside to ferment for 6 hours.
- Heat oil in frying pan, Deep Fried small balls of dough.
- Remove excess oil using kitchen towel. Serve
