
Ingredients:
• 450 gms. seedless green Grapes
• 3 tbsp. clear Honey
• 2 tbsp. Lime juice
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh Mint
Method:
- Wash the grapes and remove the stalks without breaking the grapes
- Divide the fruit between four individual bowls or dishes
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and divide equally between the bowls
- Place in fridge and leave for two hours before serving
