Ingredients:
• 32 oz – yogurt
• 1 tbsp – Corn oil
• A pinch – Mustard Seeds
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 4 – whole red chillies, broken
• Garlic, chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger, chopped
• 1 stem – Curry leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Fenugreek, powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/8 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Heat the oil sufficiently to break the mustard seeds in.
- Now add the chopped onion, red chillies, garlic, ginger and curry leaves.
- After frying these ingredients, add fenugreek, cumin, turmeric.
- Immediately lower the heat and add the beaten yogurt.
- Add water to desired dilution.
- Keep stirring under low heat with a wooden spoon.
- Never boil.
- The moment steam forms, remove from heat (or it will curdle) and continue to stir while adding salt to taste.
