Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp – aniseed
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Caraway seeds
• Pepper Corns – 10
• Milk – a little
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Salt
Method:
- Knead a cup of wheat flour with aniseed, cumin seed, caraway seed, pepper powder, milk and enough water to make a soft dough.
- Roll out into chapattis and roast them on a tawa.
- Smear ghee on them.
