
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 1/2 cup – kimchi with liquid
• 1 can – drained Tuna
• Salt
• Pepper
• Oil
• 1/4 cup – Onion
• 2 – eggs
Method:
- Fry chopped onion first.
- Then add tuna and kimchi.
- Add cooked rice and break the rice with a wooden spatula.
- Add kimchi liquid as desired.
- Add salt and pepper for taste.
- Put rice on a dish and place a fried egg sunny-side-up on top.
