Ingredients:

• 500 gms – minced Mutton steak
• 250 gms – sausage mince
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 2 carrots, grated
• 2 Potatoes (225 gms.) grated
• 1.5 cup – frozen peas, thawed
• 1 tomato, finely chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 1.5 cup – flour
• For Sauce:1.5 cup – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – Worcestershire sauce

Method:

  1. Combine meats, vegetables, pepper, salt, eggs, paste, sauce and flour.
  2. Press into a large glass or plastic ring mould.
  3. Cook on medium for 28 to 30 mins.
  4. Unmould and turn right side up.
  5. Glaze with blended tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cut into slices and serve.
