Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Cabbage (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Drumstick leaves
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (slit opened)
• 1 tsp – mustard seeds, Urad Dal and Channa dal
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Heat enough oil in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes on high.
- Add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal. Heat again for 5 minutes on high until the spices turn brown.
- Add the chopped onions and slit opened green chillies and salt to the tempered spices.
- Cook for 5 minutes (stir twice) on high in microwave oven.
- Now add the cabbage and drumstick leaves.
- Give a stir and cook for 15 minutes (stir thrice in between) until the vegetables get cooked.
- Finally, add the grated coconut, give a stir and serve hot as side dish.
